 Last March when we moved to Texas it was the high point for the Real Estate Market.  Very little inventory to choose from, elevated prices and not the easiest times to find a place to live.  Rick was a wealth of information and helped us navigate through a crazy market and encouraged us to not settle and find the Home that is right for us.  He was very patient and was like a friend that wanted what was best for us and helped in more ways than most agents would have at the time.  I would definitely go back to him if I ever needed another property.  I would recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent Real Estate agent that is concerned more for his client than making a commission. 

 Rick Mashburn was so informative and patient during our search and sale. His ideas, recommendations and guidance were on point and proved valuable in the end. He kept us positive and forward-thinking during the trying times. We were very happy with the price we ultimately sold our home for, but even more, the beautiful house he found for us.
