Introduction and Mission
My name is Rick Mashburn and I'm a Realtor® with Keller Williams Legacy in San Antonio. Buying or selling a home, regardless of the reason, is really about making a major life transition. Making that transition as easy and enjoyable as possible is my mission. As your realtor, it is my responsibility to keep your best interests at the center of everything I do.

Once I understand where you want to go next with real estate, I can create a plan that is unique to you. That plan will guide us to which neighborhoods we visit and which homes we tour. When you’re ready to make an offer, we will structure it in a way that best suits your needs. I have trusted lending partners that will work with you to find the best lending product for you and explore options for getting you exactly what you need.
If you are selling your current home, I will evaluate similar homes that have recently sold in your neighborhood. If needed, my staging partners can make recommendations for making your home look its best. I will then create a custom marketing plan to get your home noticed!
I spent the majority of my career working in Marketing for major corporations such as USAA, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Now, I’m happy to put all the skills I developed over more than 30 years at those organizations to work for you. I utilize market data, the latest technology and analytical insights to make pricing recommendations – whether you are buying or selling. In addition, I use my strong negotiating skills to make sure you get the best price.
